This Privacy Policy explains what data Orjin Görsel Tasarım Eğitim ve Yazılım Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi, trading as TravelMean Software Solutions (“TravelMean”, “we”), collects through www.travelmean.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights. The statutory notice on the processing of personal data is in the Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK); cookie details are in the Cookie Policy.
1. Who we are and who this policy covers
TravelMean is an Istanbul-based technology company that builds software for travel agencies and tour operators. The Site is a corporate website: it presents our products and offers a form to request a demo. This policy applies to everyone who visits the Site. The Site is not directed at consumers or at anyone under 18.
2. Data we collect
- Information you give us: the name, company, e-mail and phone number in the demo request form, and whatever you send us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.
- Information generated automatically: when you submit a form, your IP address, browser information, the page the form was sent from, the referring address and a timestamp. We use this to prevent spam and to diagnose errors.
- Cookies and similar technologies: only in the categories you consent to (analytics, marketing). Necessary technologies do not require consent; details are in the Cookie Policy.
3. How we use your data
- To answer your demo request, schedule a presentation and prepare a quotation,
- To send you an automatic confirmation that your request was received,
- To keep the Site secure and working, and to block automated submissions,
- With your consent, to analyse how the Site is used and to measure our advertising campaigns,
- To meet our legal obligations.
The details you enter in the demo form are e-mailed to info@travelmean.com and appended to a backup record kept on our server. Only our sales and support team has access to form data.

Google tags run in Consent Mode v2: until you consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are written to your browser and no advertising identifiers are sent.
5. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell your data. Beyond the service providers above, we share it only with public authorities when legally required and, to the extent necessary, with our legal and accounting advisers. Google and Meta servers may be located outside Türkiye; that transfer relies solely on the explicit consent you give in your cookie settings.
6. Retention
We keep demo and contact requests for 3 years after the request is closed, or, if a contract is concluded, for the duration of the relationship and 10 years after it ends. Technical logs are kept for 12 months and your cookie preference for 12 months. After these periods the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. Form data is stored in an access-restricted directory on our server and is visible only to authorised staff. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; if you notice anything suspicious, please tell us.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR (data portability, restriction of processing, complaint to a supervisory authority) also apply. How to submit a request, and the response times, are described in the Personal Data Protection Notice. You can change your cookie consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
